Mind Healing

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports individuals in exploring emotions, patterns, and life challenges in a safe and confidential space. It fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.

I work in a non-directive way, engaging with what is present in the here and now, while also exploring how past experiences may be shaping your current life and future direction.

With years of experience in psychotherapy, I support clients navigating a wide range of issues, including:

  • Stress, anxiety, and depression

  • Bereavement, grief, and loss

  • Self-esteem and confidence challenges

  • Motivation and finding life purpose

  • Life transitions

  • Career difficulties and workplace challenges

  • Spirituality and faith

  • Relationship struggles, including breakups

My work is rooted in an integrative approach, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

I offer a free 30-minute introductory call to help us determine whether we’re a good fit for working together. Depending on your preference, sessions can be held either online or in person. In-person sessions take place in West Hampstead, Kensington, and Clapham.

The fee is £65 for a 50-minute session.

Focusing meditation

Soul healing

Focusing is the name of the process developed by Eugene Gendlin to help people access and work with the felt sense, a subtle, bodily awareness that holds implicit meaning.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Focusing is less about analysing and more about tuning in to what’s happening inside — allowing insights to naturally emerge from the body’s wisdom.

The felt sense is not just a familiar emotion like sadness or anxiety. It’s a whole-bodied awareness of something that may feel complex or unclear at first. Often, it shows up as a vague physical sensation — a tightness in the chest, a heaviness in the stomach, or a fluttery feeling — and carries with it a quiet, intuitive knowing. When you pause and gently bring your attention to it, the felt sense can begin to unfold and reveal what’s truly beneath the surface, even before you can put it into words.

Focusing sessions are available online or in person in West Hampstead, Kensington and Clapham area.

The fee is £65 for a 50-minute session.
