The Full Story
About MM Wellness
MM Wellness was born from my desire to embrace a holistic approach to wellbeing — one that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
While my core speciality is psychotherapy, I deeply value the interconnectedness of all pillars of wellbeing and how they influence one another.
About
Madalina Miron
As a trained psychotherapist and wellness advocate, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover balance and purpose in their lives.
My professional journey extends beyond psychotherapy. With over 16 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and education, I bring a nuanced understanding of corporate dynamics, leadership, and workplace challenges. This diverse background allows me to support clients navigating professional stress and life transitions, offering insights grounded in both lived experience and clinical expertise.
Wellness as a Lifestyle
I embody the principles of MM Wellness in both my personal and professional life. Through the integration of mindfulness practices, somatic work, and my own journey of growth and healing, I aim to empower others. Having also been on the receiving end of therapy, I understand how vulnerable and complex the process can feel — and how essential it is to consider the broader elements of life that contribute to our overall wellbeing.
