My philosophy
Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest first steps. Finding the right person to support you can feel even more challenging. That’s why it’s so important to connect with someone who truly resonates with you. My holistic approach combines psychotherapy, somatic movement, and mindfulness, recognising the deep interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. While we engage in talking therapy to explore the mind, I also pay close attention to how the body and spirit are involved in your experience. Depending on your needs, our work might include breathing exercises, tuning into the felt sense, gentle movement, guided meditation, and spiritual exploration—meeting you where you are, and supporting all aspects of your being.
About me
I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Throughout my training, I worked extensively with clients navigating grief and loss, as well as trauma stemming from both past and recent experiences.
These encounters have shaped my core belief that everything is interconnected and that a person’s wellbeing is influenced by multiple factors: connection with the self, connection with others, and connection with the natural world.
